FOR ALL PRINTED ON DEMAND PRODUCTS:

A return can be claimed if the received item was damaged or lost during transit.

Any claims for:

★ Damaged / missprinted or defective items must be reported within one week of receiving the product.

★ For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

★ If you're not happy with your purchase (wrong item by your mistake), you'll have to pay to ship it back. Returns are only accepted if the items are unworn, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition. 

Contact me before returning anything. Do not send anything directly on the address on the parcel, as it can be one of the carriers warehouse which isn't correct.

★ Items must be returned in original packaging with all the accessories and documents included.

★ Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

★Any items damaged after use cannot be changed or returned.

I reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice* if:

-there is no insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered

-a product, price or offer description fault has been identified

*You will receive full refund immediately.
