I accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description. Please contact me with a clear explanation and photos, if applicable, before initiating a return.
Change of Heart:
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for a non-defective reason, please reach out to discuss the issue. I’ll handle these on a case-by-case basis. Handmade items are unique, and slight variations are part of their charm!
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless I made an error in your order. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom orders, personalized items, or used items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
