Shipping and Delivery
Order Processing:
I aim to pack and prepare your orders within 1–3 business days. Living remotely, I ship parcels on Wednesdays/Thursdays and on weekends when I’m in town.
Shipping Methods:
All orders are sent via Royal Mail, as they’re reliable and accessible in my area. For larger parcels, I may use DPD. Customers can choose their preferred shipping option at checkout.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times depend on the shipping option you select at checkout. Royal Mail generally delivers promptly, but please note that delays may occur due to adverse weather conditions, which are out of my control.
For international orders, please contact me on Instagram to discuss suitable and cost-effective shipping options.
Shipping Costs:
- Free shipping is available for orders over £30 within the UK.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout for smaller orders.
Packaging:
I care about the environment, so I use recycled packaging materials whenever possible. Your items will be securely packed with care, using the appropriate envelopes or boxes, and bubble wrap if needed to ensure they arrive safely.
Lost or Delayed Items:
- If your item is delayed, I kindly ask for your patience. Delivery delays are normal, and I do my best to dispatch orders on time.
- If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact me, and I’ll work with you to explore solutions with the courier.
Order Confirmation and Tracking:
You will receive confirmation emails when your order is accepted, dispatched, and shipped.
Important Note:
Once your order leaves my hands, I cannot take responsibility for courier delays. However, rest assured that I’ll do everything possible to ensure a smooth delivery process.
